Overview
CoinfectionSimulator.jl is a Julia package for simulating multi-strain coinfection dynamics in host populations with imperfect ecological sampling.
Features
- Multi-strain epidemiological models: Supports SI, SIR, SEIR, and SEIRS disease models
- Coinfection dynamics: Models strain interactions (competition, facilitation, priority effects)
